| Put onion, meat, and
cheese into uncooked pie crust.� Mix eggs, milk, and seasonings.� Pour into pie
crust.� Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake
an additional 30 minutes.� Do not overcook as the quiche will become watery.
