Quiche

3 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 cup grated cheese

1 cup ham, bacon, or any leftover meat

1 Tbsp diced onion

Salt and pepper to taste

Deep dish frozen pie crust

Put onion, meat, and cheese into uncooked pie crust.� Mix eggs, milk, and seasonings.� Pour into pie crust.� Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake an additional 30 minutes.� Do not overcook as the quiche will become watery.
