| Crumble beef into
casserole dish.� Add onion and garlic.� Cook 3 minutes in microwave on high.
� Stir well.� Add enchilada seasoning, tomato sauce, olives, and corn.
� Cook 3-1/2 minutes.� Stir well.� In a separate casserole dish, alternate
layers of tortillas, meat sauce, and cheese.� Save 1/2 cup cheese for topping.
� Cook in microwave 7 to 8 minutes. � |
