up 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 tsp curry powder |
2 stalks
broccoli 3/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise 3/4 cup shredded cheese |
| Boil chicken until done;
debone.� Cook broccoli in chicken broth.� DO NOT SEASON EITHER CHICKEN OR
BROCCOLI.� Place deboned chicken evenly in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
� Layer cooked broccoli on top of chicken.� Mix cream of mushroom soup,
mayonnaise, and curry powder together and spread over top of broccoli layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.� Serve over rice. Makes 6 servings.
