| 1 cup sugar 3 Tbsp cocoa 3 Tbsp margarine |
3/4 cup
evaporated milk 1 tsp vanilla |
| Mix sugar and cocoa in top
of double boiler.� Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.� Add butter,
stirring until blended.� Slowly pour in milk.� Bring mixture to a boil and boil
for 1 minute, stirring constantly.� Cool 2 minutes; add vanilla and stir well.
� Pour into jars.� Allow to cool before covering. Serve warm over ice cream or drizzle on Scott's Mississippi Mud Pie.
