Miscellaneous deletions for Coruscant...
Trailer Shots
The trailers are always a good source for a few deleted shots due to the fact that they're assembled from rough cuts of the film.
The opening shot from the ROTS Theatrical trailer of Darth Sidious's Theta Class Shuttle approaching Coruscant flanked by three V-Wing escorts was not included in the final film. Although it was probably cut for time or just
deemed unnecessary it was a cool looking shot and very similar to Vader's shuttle heading toward the Death Star at the beginning of ROTJ. The first pic is from the ROTS Visual Dictionary, the other two are from the trailer.
