In my review of Killing Time, I made told a bunch of Brits who decided that making an American-style action movie would be a good idea that we can't make action films worth crap. This Friday, I was granted my perfect illustration of this point in the form of the sloppy, idiotic movie Chill Factor.

Yet another movie that proves that Cuba Gooding, Jr. has gone back to doing crap after a brief respite in Jerry Maguire and As Good as it Gets, Chill Factor is one of those movies that was a complete waste of money.

It has no good action scenes, no tension, nothing whatsoever in its favor. It is as bad an action movie as Firestorm or Soldier with as much brain as the both of them combined. In the grand spirit of rip offs, Chill Factor concerns a chemical weapon that will blow up when it hits 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Say it with me: Speed.

Ulrich and Paymer are also along for the ride, both failed actors. Peter Firth is someone I haven't even heard of. The action sequences are all idiotic, unoriginal, and the characters are contained of more cardboard than flesh.

All I can say or will say about Chill Factor is that it is a complete waste of my time and anyone's time. Go rent something instead, why don't you?
