Biggerstaff has been involved in theater in Scotland since the age of 5, but he got his big break after British actor Alan Rickman decided he was perfect for the role of Tom in "The Winter Guest." Biggerstaff worked with Rickman not only in "The Winter Guest," but also on the set of "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone," in which they play Oliver Wood, captain of the Gryffindor Quidditch team, and Professor Snape, respectively. Despite his very small role in "Harry Potter," this up-and-coming hottie has gained the attention of many young girls across the world and is the subject of numerous fan sites.
