Marisa is a maid that works in a Manhattan hotel. While she's cleaning in one of the suites in the hotel, her co-worker tells her to put on a dress. Marisa objects but her friend doesn't listen. Marisa tries on the dress, and her son walks in with a senator, Chris Marshall. Marisa is stunned, and Chris thinks she's rooming in the suite. They go for a walk with Chris' dog and Marisa is having the time of her life. She goes back to the hotel and whenever she sees Chris, she tries to hide. She doesn't want Chris to know that she works in the hotel that he's rooming in.

6/10. I have absoultely no clue what to call this movie. Chick flick, maybe. Romance, Maybe. Boring, not likely. Though I was a bit for fidgety.
J. Lo's first movie was very good. I didn't really recognize her because of the maid outfit. She did make me think that she was a real maid that seemed to go about her business.
Ralph Fiennes did a great job at Chris. Though I don't think a senator would go for a girl just like that. He seemed to make the move on her a tad quickly but that's not his fault.
Somethings I didn't truly believe. I don't believe that the maids have a meeting every morning to discuss what's going on. But hey, I'm not a maid.
There was one last thing that I noticed. It seemed that they threw in a surprise ending at the end. I was thinking that she wouldn't get caught, and that she would never see Chris again. I thought wrong because that mean lady that she took clothes from turned her in, and was "trying to be nice" about it. I hated that lady. Dumb Blonde. Go to the Jokes site and you can read plenty stories about her. :)
All in all, this was an ok movie that you might just wanna wait till it comes onto video.
