2006-07 Season Try-Out Schedule:

Varsity – Two (2) Days

* Must Attend BOTH Days

Grades 9 thru 12

Monday, April 17^th - 7:30 PM – 8:50 PM – Olympic – Day 1

Friday, April 21^th - 7:30 PM – 9:20 PM – Collegiate – Day 2

Junior Varsity – One (1) Day

Grades 8 thru 12

Tuesday, April 25^th – 8:30 PM – 9:50 PM - Collegiate

Freshman – One (1) Day

Grades 6 thru 9

Thursday, April 27^th – 7:30 PM – 9:20 PM – Olympic

--All tryouts will be held at RMU-Island Sports Center.

--Please arrive at least 1 hour prior to tryout times to fill-out registration forms,

and allow time to dress in full hockey equipment (including neck guard and mouthpiece).

--Tryout Fee is $30.00 for All Levels (Varsity, JV, & Freshman)

Only Cash or Checks Accepted.  Please make all checks payable to:

“MONTOUR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION”

--“Second Chance” tryouts are at no additional charge should you not make your first choice team.

--If you are a NEW PLAYER to MONTOUR HOCKEY, you are asked to BRING A COPY of your BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

2006-2007 MONTOUR ICE HOCKEY FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Freshman Player $1,175.00                            Freshman Goalies:  $956.00

Junior Varsity (JV) Player $1,560.00             Junior Varsity Goalie $1,245.00

Varsity Player $1,800.00                                Varsity Goalie $1,425.00

ADDITIONALLY:  All players are responsible for USA HOCKEY Registration Fee and the cost of their own hockey equipment.  Varsity and JV players must purchase Home & Away game jerseys.  Freshman players are provided game jerseys.  All players are provided with game socks & practice jerseys.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

$150.00 Commitment Fee Due at first Parent’s Meeting (To Be Announced) 

1/3 of Assessment due by September 15, 2006

2/3 of Assessment due by November 15, 2006

Total Assessment due by January 15, 2007

*Note:  If at ANY TIME a Player’s assessment is deemed delinquent, the player will NOT be permitted to take part in team activities until his/her assessment status becomes active.  Any player with an outstanding balance from last season with MHA shall NOT be permitted to tryout.

THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
