Watercolor Baby Sea Ponies
The last baby sea ponies produced were the watercolor babies.  These ponies changed body and hair color when they were put in warm water.  Most watercolor babies found today do not change color anymore, and may be found in many shades of partial color-change.  For that reason it can be extremely hard to accurately describe their color.  I have even seen MOC versions that had changed color over the years.

Again there were six babies produced, and each had string-like hair that can be very difficult to comb through.  Three were in mold #2, and three in mold #3.  For floats this year there was one of each; one fish, one duck, one turtle, one frog, one alligator, and one lobster.
Foamy
Usually yellow body, light purple curly hair, pink fin tips, blue eyes, blue and yellow frog float.  Mold #3.

My MOC version has very pink hair, but nevertheless I believe purple is the correct original color based on other loose and MOC versions I have seen.
