| Hwy 89 is a highway that forms part of an important link to Alliston and Mount Forest from Barrie and the GTA, and also is part of the link from these towns to Listowel. The highway runs from Hwy 23 just west of Harriston north and east to Hwy 400 interchange #75 east of Cookstown. Hwy 89 south of Harriston to Palmerston was renumbered as an extension of Hwy 23 in 2003. |
