| King's Highway 31 |
| Hwy 31 was a highway that connected Ottawa with Hwy 2 in Morrisburg. The original purpose of the highway appears to have been to provide part of a link between Ottawa and Cornwall, via Hwy 2. However, with the building of Hwy 417 and Hwy 138, which access Cornwall directly from Ottawa, Hwy 31's purpose was merely secondary, and was thus downloaded in 1998. |
