| King's Highway 28 |
| Hwy 28 is a highway that connects Peterborough to the Bancroft area, and is part of the link between Muskoka and eastern Ontario. Hwy 28 runs from Hwy 7 east of Peterborough north to Hwy 41 near Denbigh. Prior to 1997, Hwy 28 continued south to Hwy 2 in Port Hope, and formed part of an important link from Peterborough to Belleville and Kingston. |
