| Highway 18A was a "loop" highway that was an alternate route to another "loop" highway, Highway 18. Highway 18A followed what is now Essex Road 50 from Highway 18 at Malden Centre to Highway 18 in Kingsville. Highway 18 was the more direct route between Amherstburg and Kingsville, while Highway 18A ran along the Lake Erie shoreline. Highway 18A was downloaded in 1979. |
