Onbar uses the a static set of commands to communicate with the Online engine. This set of commands (or function calls) is know as the Archive API. It is very important to understand that OnBar uses the same set of commands that Ontape and Onarchive use to create and restore archives. This means that if there is a bug that exhists in PTS where the test case is with ontape, yet the problematic code lies in the DSA Engine source, then the problem will still exhist with OnBar. Okay enough of that.
