~*~Sartoria Temple of Oiled Waters~*~
Built above a natural hot spring in a remote corner of Satoria,
the stone temple boasts a domed ceiling supported by slender columns.
Being half above and half below ground level,
the temple is entered through a narrow door,
down a stone stairway and across a blue tiled floor.
Nestled between the tall stately columns lies the circular pool,
also tiled in blue, which is fed by a crystal clear hot spring that
maintains a constant temperature of 80 degrees.
Talander oil is added daily to create the special scent demanded
by Sartor, Master of Sartoria.
Here, in the Temple of the Oiled Water,
affectionately called the "Hot Tub", can often be found the
slave kalana, as she studies the scrolls of Gor in a never ending
effort to add to the huge libraries of Sartoria.
Wherever kalana is, there will also be Ro'Tras,
the Shade being commanded by her Master to protect kalana at
all times during his absence.
The Shade appears in many forms but most often,
when in the presence of kalana he is formed as a regal and
majestic Bengal Tiger of Urth.
