GHOSHALGAD FORT

A small fort on the KONKAN plains. It used to protect the interests of the Siddis of JANJIRA. It is situated on a hill between the REVDANDA and the SALVA creeks.

Getting here:-

	Reach ROHA (13 Kms to the south) or KOLAD (17 Kms to the Southwest) here by ST bus from BOMBAY.
	Walk to GHOSHALE village, the fort is 5 Kms northwest from the village.

PLACES NEARBY :

The TALEGAD fort stands opposite. It is an easy climb from the TALE village. A few cannons and fortifications are there at the top.
