Why Takeru is a homicidal maniac.
Let's see, who are the 02 Digidestined? We've got Davis, Yolei, Cody, Kari, Ken, and... ummm... hmmm, who am I forgetting? Oh! TK! Why is it that I always forget TK? Well, probably because the kid has ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONALITY! I mean, Davis is the leader and he plays soccer, there was the whole Digimon Emperor saga with Ken, Cody's the youngest and studies Kendo, Yolei's always the whiny and outgoing one, Kari's got her darkness thing, and TK... it's a blank. I associate TK with his hat. What the hell kind of personality is that?! He rarely has any lines, or starring roles in episodes. In fact, I can only think of one big TK scene...
The flooring of Ken. TK sees Devimon in the water, and it taps into deep-rooted anger. So, he gets all pissed off, squishes his hat (GASP!) and goes off to beat up Ken. O..k... TK. He didn't even know Ken was using Devimon's power, he just felt like flooring somebody.
Why? Because TK has deeply-rooted anger. He was the youngest Digidestined, which could have been very tramatizing. I mean, he already had to see his Digimon disintigrate within the first 13 episodes! Also, he was always protected, and rarely alowed to do anything with the older group. Oh, the frustation, which bloomed into rage.
Think about it. TK's the quiet one who always seems to fade into the background. Who would expect the deep evil inside? Think about it... TK's got one heck of an angry side. Sure, he ACTS like he's good friends with Iori...
Check out his face after Daisuke tries to steal away his Kari. Can't you just tell he's plotting revenge?
TK grows up to be a writer... err, har-har. I don't think so. Can you say coverup? Of course there's a nice, quiet profession, for nice quiet Takeru... Writers have a lot of free time between books, y'know. What does TK do in the meantime? Well, refer to the title of this page. ^__~
