"Opposites Attract" is my favorite episode of Digimon! (I have a favorite episode every week, you say? Errr... shuddup.) But there's more to it than, "Kari and Yolei look for Gatomon's tailring. They get stuck in a dark dimension with Ken. Silphymon appears." Oh, much more. Yes, my friends, I have way too much free time. Observe:
What happened: Yolei worries about Kari and stares at her a lot.
Translation: "Hmmm... is Kari hotter than Mimi?"
In other words: Yolei loves Kari!
What happened: Yolei storms off because Ken and Kari are ignoring her.
Translation: "Hey! You guys are MY bitches!"
In other words: Yolei loves Kari and Ken!
What happened: Yolei thinks she sees Gatomon's tailring and calls Kari.
Translation: "Okay, I found it! Can we get that hotel room now?"
In other words: Yolei loves Kari!
What happened: Yolei falls down a cliff.
Translation: "Hehe. If I fall down a cliff, Ken will save me! Then I can leave Kari in the ditch after the 'tailring' and run off with Ken!"
In other words: Yolei loves Ken!
What happened: Kari slaps Yolei.
Translation: "*bitchslap* Screw the stockmarket, Yolei, YOU ARE MINE!!"
In other words: Kari loves Yolei!
What happened: Kari stops Yolei from making Ken feel bad.
Translation: "I changed my mind.. you're so cute when you're hurt, Ken! Yolei, you'll never find out how to catch a guy... but on the other hand you can sure catch a girl. ;)"
In other words: Kari can't decide between Ken and Yolei!
What happened: Ken finds out Kari has seen the dark ocean.
Translation: "Forget you, Yolei! I've found my soulmate!"
In other words: Ken decides he loves Kari!
What happened: Ken leaves at the end of the episode.
Translation: "*sob* I lost my fangirls!"
In other words: Ken still loves Yolei and Kari and was booted out of the love triangle. :(
What happened: Three friends face a dark enemy together.
Translation: ORGY!!!!!!
In other words: I am a disturbed fangirl.
