Painting Challenge

SETTING: Picture the Santos's having just bought an older home in the country. One that Michelle said would be fun to fix up together. Thus, begins my story.
"Michelle!" Danny yelled from upstairs "Honey could you please come up here for a minute, huh like right now"
"I'm coming Danny" giggling and thinking men are such helpless human beings "Okay, I'm here what is the crisis" she said coming through the doorway. Danny was standing there with a paint brush in his hand, looking at the fallen ladder and the paint spreading on the floor.
"Daniel Santos, what in the world happened here" hands on her hips "I guess it is a good thing we put those tarps on the floor"
"Honey, I was standing on the ladder it tipped and the rest you can see"
"Well let's get this cleaned up" tapping her foot impatiently.
She was waiting on the "it's not my fault look", when he sneaked up on her "Oh no you wouldn't dare" she said backing up.
"What? Me!" as he swiped her on the arm with the paint brush
"Danny" she ran to the other side of the room picking up her brush. Back, back,or you will pay mister." Laughing when he brandished his paint brush like Zorro.
"You do know that I didn't like this color before, but I have to say it holds a certain appeal on you" as he dotted her nose with the brush and the fun began.
"Danny, I am warning you!" as she ducked under his arm and mad a dash for the door "You clean this mess..hey!" they tumbled to the floor together.
"I have better plans than painting" he laughed and drew her under him kissing her slowly.
"Okay, what did you have in mind" nibbling on his ear, she started whispering naughty suggestions
"No not that! Wrong again! You would do that!!!! Michelle I didn't even know that was possible, not even close, upside down you say?" laughing he scooped her up and ran down the stairs with her.
"Danny, why are you taking me to the kitchen" as he put her on the counter top and kissed her nose "What in the world&"
"I have a craving for some "Lucky Charms" baby and I thought you might like to share" winking he set about getting the box, bowl and milk.
Michelle totally amused by this game let it continue "Yes Mr. Santos I would love to eat some cereal with you"
Leaning in between her legs he held the bowl up and picked out a moon "for you have hung the moon for me" she was speechless as he fed it to her. Then he scooped out clover "This is for the luck that brought you to me" and fed it to her. Then he pulled out a heart and said "Here is my heart...it's yours forever" looking at her with all the love in his eyes he said "I love you"
She burst into tears at the beauty of the moment, here they were sitting in the kitchen , paint splattered and eating cereal. It was so right. She reached up then and pulled him to her. The kiss was a confirmation from her that she loved him to. Danny slipped his hands down, picking her up and setting her down on the dining room table. The clothes went flying with the contents on the table. He took her with an intensity that left them gasping for breathe at the end.
"My goodness, that was, that was, wonderful" she stroked his brow and said "I don't believe I have ever had a more satisfying bowl of cereal and probably never will again"
"Oh, I don't know we could always try "Alpha Bits" that would be interesting" wiggling his eyebrows at her "All those letters. Maybe we could try that upside down thingee ouch! What was that for" he asked when she pinched him
"You are so terrible" she said with a pout
"And you are so beautiful" and kissed her as he was getting up "I guess I should get back to painting, before my boss fires me and hires another"
"Haha, I love you."
As he was walking away he turned and said "Can I ask why there is an easel in the living room"
"You will just have to wait to find out!" She said as she ducked into the bathroom laughing.
