The Story of a Merciless Criminal

I'm considering writing a psycho-thriller about a person who does these:

* forces a homeless couple to suffer a lot, just because they ate fruit in his farm where he had them as house guests

* driven by jealousy, he causes great injury to his friends if they make friends with others as well

* disrupts communication among people when he thinks they came too close to him

* does not like the behavior of his neighbor, so he blows up a nearby dam and floods the farm, killing all people and animals

* kills the population of two towns, using radioactive rays

* uses his hypnotic skills to influence a jailer not to let his prisoners flee, then he punishes him, then when the jailer wants to let the prisoners go, he gets him change his mind, only so that there can be another opportunity for punishing

* commands a subordinate to kill his own son, and when he, after a lot of agony, is ready to do it, he says this was only a joke

(...)

* knocks up a virgin and makes an innocent man marry her

* has a politician kill thousands of babies in search of the child who is born of this wedlock

* deprives his son of all the natural pleasures just to keep him innocent

* later has his son be killed in a horribly painful way (...)

* he incarcerates a dangerous serial killer but after a while he lets him free so that he can continue the murders

Well, I think the idea is clear enough. Someone should write this book. (I'm scared.)
