Special 25th Anniversary Rally Stamp Cover

On the 2nd July 1994, a special 25th Anniversary stamp was issued in Malta to coincide with the 25th Anniversary of the rally. Although the 5 cent stamp was issued and available to the public,
only 180 first day covers were issued.
The stamp was designed and signed below by aviation artist Richard J. Caruana.
