| Notes: | I debated whether or not I wanted this to be a character or equipment. Ultimately, I decided that it's something that SHIELD personnel wear into combat. I kind of got lazy when it came to the equipment. This could be too strong, with the "characters you control have reinforcement." This helps with the control part of the team, to go along with the endurance gain part as well. | |
