STUFFED SQUID

  

Stuffing:

5 slices day old Italian bread, cut into small pieces

one clove minced garlic

one T. olive oil

one t. salt

1/2t. pepper

chopped parsley

 

Mix all stuffing ingredients together, adding more oil if needed to moisten.

Push the stuffing into cleaned squid bodies.

Cover the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan with tomato sauce.  Place the stuffed squid on top of the sauce. Top with a little more sauce.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
