SPAGHETTI AND POT CHEESE

 

Boil one pound spaghetti in salted water for 8 to 10 minutes.

Drain.

Mix 16 oz. Pot cheese (Ricotta Cheese) with one egg, salt and pepper.

Sauté a few cloves of garlic in olive oil.

Mix cooked spaghetti with pot cheese, and then add garlic and oil.

Mix well, season with salt and pepper.
