MEATBALLS
one pound ground beef
one egg
salt and pepper
half an onion, finely chopped
one garlic clove, finely chopped
one handful of parsley, finely chopped
one half cup parmesan cheese
one half cup bread crumbs, moistened with a little water
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls and fry over medium heat in a little olive oil, turning often. Cook until brown on all sides.
