FENNELL AND ORANGE SALAD

one bulb of fennel

2 oranges

olive oil

salt and pepper

Cut the top stalks and fronds off the fennel. Thinly slice the bulb.

Peel the oranges, and cut into bite size pieces. Add to fennel slices.

Add olive oil; season to taste with salt and pepper.
