EASTER MEAT PIE

DOUGH:

2 c. flour

1 egg

1 t. baking powder

1/2 cup Crisco

salt

water

Mix together and roll out and top and bottom crust. May need to add more flour to avoid sticking. Press bottom crust into a 13x9 inch glass pan.

FILLING:

1 lb. salami

1 lb. proscuitto

1 lb. ricotta

1 lb fresh cheese

1 dozen eggs

one link abrustsez sausage

pinch of black pepper

Beat eggs slightly.

Mix everything together and pour into piecrust. Add top crust and rub lightly with Crisco. Poke a few holes in the top.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until golden brown.
