CAVATELLI AND BROCCOLI
one pound cavatelli
one head broccoli, chopped.
five cloves garlic, chopped
olive oil
salt and pepper
Boil the pasta in salted water for about 5 minutes. Add chopped broccoli and cook for another 5 minutes, until pasta is al dente. Drain and place in a large serving bowl. Meanwhile, cook garlic in the oil until it begins to brown.
Pour the garlic oil over the pasta and broccoli. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with parmesan cheese.
