BRACIOLLA

 

Flank steak

Salt and pepper

 

Filling:

Finely minced garlic, onion, parsley

Parmesan cheese

 

Slice the steak lengthwise to create two flat pieces.

Season the steak with salt and pepper. Place the filling ingredients along the short side of each steak.  Roll the steak up like a jellyroll, starting at the short side. Secure with toothpicks.  Brown in olive oil until cooked through.
