BAKED FENNEL

2 heads of fennel

4T. melted butter

minced parsley

¼ cup breadcrumbs

¼ cup Parmesan cheese

 

Remove tops from fennel and quarter heads.  Cook in boiling salted water until tender.  Drain and place in greased 13x9 inch dish. Pour butter over them and sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
