Everyone, not only u, is looking for support & drive to live
Superficially, working may be for show, but essentially, working is for self & loved ones

- Definitely not, u can do whatever u wish, it's your world remember
- The boss is just a temporary obstacle in your path, take time to observe & strike opportunely

It depends on the work situation
If u know & feel that the boss knows better & doing in everyone's best interests, why not follow?
If u really feel adverse, why not talk sincerely or prove that doing otherwise is better?

- Not if u don't want to
- Or u can show & convince them that u r the authority here, prove your ways & show results

Is the conflict perceptual, individual, work-related or unrelated?
Single out the source & work in best interest of u & others

- It's people's fault - they think organisational structure must be planned & executed to perfection - machines!
- Gather evidence, support and force changes - exhibit your talents - u deserve the best

Everyone is learning, adapting & changing all the time
It is best that if u have strong dissents, u may approach the right person using right means
Remember work is created by us for us - if unsuitable, we can change it
If organisation is resistant to changes, u may consider switching - in case meets ice-berg

I can't cope with the uncertainties & risks? |
- No pain, no gain - all victories are paved with bodies of failures
- The world is testing u - remember it's your yard, it's your playground!

Living is uncertain & risky - take care of yourself & others
Brace the storm in the same boat - help people in need & they would probably help u in times of need
Crisis does not dampen the living spirit, instead crisis provides ripe opportunity for it to rise

- Definitely, you are an undeniable member
- It's your right to not only demand, but also secure a payrise
- Otherwise, the boss just does not deserve your continued support - he's a capitalist, capitalising on his powers
- Show them what you are made of - revolt & seize the opportunity

If job is contractual & you have given your legal consent, you may have to wait to expiry
Especially if the scope of the job is within contractual terms
But if u r short of cash, consider upgrading, part-time or negotiations
Illustrate that a payrise is necessary for good performance & contribution

Everyone seems so busy, am I being neglected? |
- Everyone for themselves
- It is a eat-or-be-eaten world, who cares anything about others
- There's no need to look for pity in others
- Wouldn't it great if those are working dutifully for u & u only?
- Brace yourself & lead those pitiful souls to greater heights

The world is complex, so is working - that's one reason why work is necessary
Work may be what people do when there is no better choice
To do good work, hard work is essential
But people do need rest, friendship & support
Why not approach them at right time & place?

Life has so much more to offer, explore & live
Tangible / intangible, social / self, emotional / physical
Working may be self-worth, but it does not have to be so - working need not & is not the only thing in life
