Dr Igor Smirnov graduated from St. Petersburg University (Russia) in 1975. Dr Smirnov was Director of Research for the Sports and Preventive Medical Group at St. Petersburg University, and has designed and developed electromagnetic equipment for sport-related injuries as well as instrumentation for water treatment based on a MRET for medical purposes. Dr Smirnov perfected the technique for this restructured water and had it verified for proof of restructuring at San Diego (California) State University. He is also the owner of two U.S. patents.

Abstract

• This seminar relates to subtle electrical effects, and provides some evidence of a fundamental nature on how electromagnetic fields might be utilized to modify the molecular arrangements and activity of water. Activated Water is produced with the help of patented, non-chemical Molecular Resonance Effect Technology (MRET). The process of water activation induces the formation of water molecules clusters similar to water molecules structures found in living cells. The basic idea of MRET is the direct transmission of prerecorded molecular activity signals to biological systems with the help of Activated Water. These messages are imprinted in water during the process of activation. The effect of Activated Water on molecular complexes, such as bacteria, viruses, and abnormal cells, can be explained by the fundamental physical phenomenon of electromagnetism, such as resonance, constructive and destructive interference.

Idea

Human biology

• 75% water: structured, organized cellular water
• Water molecules participate in all cell activities & metabolism
• Theory & evidence have shown that cell communication is done through the transmission of electromagnetic signals (by Russian Alexander Gurvich, 1920; proved by Gilman & Rodbell 1994)
• Since all living things (biotic factors) including all multi-cellular organisms (plants & animals) as well as single cell organisms are composed of cells,
• This implies that electromagnetism is fundamental to biological systems
• These molecular signals are composed of low frequency waves (<20kHz, Dr J.Benveniste, similar to our hearing frequency range) that induce cellular function & interactions
• Living cells resonate (means transmit the greatest biological effective functioning) only with low frequencies EM (electromagnetic) oscillations
• Due to consistent exposure to Earth's natural geomagnetic field (0.5-15Hz)
• Living cells resonate: 0.3-13Hz

• Hence, these frequency ranges can be considered the optimal range for healthy biotic functioning
• This implies that EM frequency ranges outside the above low range can be considered harmful, detrimental, dysfunction, damaged or faulty cells

• Hence, it is the medium through which the biological EM waves traverse
• In order to optimise the required cellular low-frequency functioning, the water molecules need to be biologically adjusted by our bodies
• The water molecules take ~60 minutes to reach this optimum: the pattern of long-range water organisation in cellular systems
• Living organisms can use in the cell building process only properly molecular organised water that is similar to structured water in biosystems
• Other forms of water, such as water with unbounded molecules or various types of water with short-range flickering hydrogen bonds are not bioavailable or conducive to living organisms in low-frequency biological EM range
• Hence,
• If the water that is drunk or consumed by living organisms has conducive long-range water organisation that contains low-frequency structures with strong hydrogen bonding & molecular configuration
• The living organisms do not have to spend too much energy to assimilate & metabolise this water
• This helps to promote metabolism & reduce detriments

Activated water

• With the understanding of fundamentals of structured water for living robustness & the discovery of its rehabilitation effects under the worst disasters,
• It has not escaped notice that the water to be consumed can be pre-treated, just like water treatment & wastewater treatment
• Water from resources such as distilled, filtered, rainwater or tap-water can be treated with some kind of mechanical method
• This method would emulate the biological processes of organising water molecules, strengthening hydrogen bonds, bound otherwise unbounded water molecules & with regular, long-range structures
• The particular patented (US Patent #6,022,479: "Method and Device for Producing Activated Liquids and Method of Use Thereof") method that is used here is Molecular Resonance Effect Technology (MRET) by Igor V. Smirnov
• Note the idea that EM radiation can affect the atomic & molecular structures of substances including water (F. Barry Dunning, 1995)
• Furthermore, the molecular response to an EM force depends on the atomic electronic structure (organisation of electrons)
• An EM force can be used to shape the electronic structure to reconstruct desired structure
• The generation of EM fields or radiation needs to push or pull the electronic wave function in a controlled & reproducible way
• Examining the water molecules, each has a triangular polar structure - one stable Oxygen with two unstable Hydrogen bonds
• Weak associations are formed due to irregular crystal shapes
• These crystal associations only have 5-10% of covalent bonds
• For cellular systems, covalent bonds must be strengthened for EM of biological systems to function
• Hence,
• MRET uses an appropriate design of polar polymer compound with long linear molecular structure mixed with pharmacologically active organic & inorganic substances
• To generate the require external low-frequency biologically-conducive EM forces to shape the water molecular electronic structure,
• Possessing relatively high dielectric constant (dielectric permittivity), these polar polymers can easily displace bonding & non-bonding electrons in the molecular structures
• During activation,
• EM field is applied to excite the molecular structure of the polymer-activating compound
• This amplifies the Corona Discharge Effect - emit electrons
• This causes emission of low-frequency EM oscillations waves
• Then,
• Water flowing through these activated structured polymer compounds is altered in its configuration,
• Resulting in stronger hydrogen-bonding patterns with long-range molecular domains
• Hence, therapeutic effects of this activated water
