| Records: Manley Sarnowski caught a school record 148 passes in his Drake career. His College Division record 92 catches in 1966 was broken two years later by the Bulldogs' Dick Hewins (95 receptions). When the College Division was split into Divisions II and III, its records were combined with those of the new Division II. As of 2001, Hewins and Sarnowski still had the 9th and 15th best seasons on the D-II books. |
