In one of the latest episodes where Homer's mom comes back into his life, Homer's trying to hide her from the cops and he says "I'll take you where no one ever goes, Disney's California Adventure."

There was a ride called Enron and it went up and down like a rollercoaster then at the end it went into a shack and one man on the ride said, "That's good satire." The Enron situation was a big deal in California and upset many residents of the state
On the episode where Marge and Homer get a divorce get a seperation, they try to get back together and they celebrate their anniversary at Mideval Times. Mideval Times has a few location in a few different states, but one of those is California.
The episode where Krusty introduces the Ribwich to the Krusty Burger, Homer becomes an addict to the burger. When he hears the news that the Ribwich was only a limited time thing, he breaks down. But lo, there is a man who tells him that there are other places that are testing the Ribwich and that him and a bunch of other people are on the Ribwich Tour. The man is wearing a t-shirt that lists the different locations of where the Ribwich is being sold and all of those locations are in California.
