The temple, gopurams and the surroundings were in a dilapidated condition without any poojas.  Our Guruji formed a Samaajam with the name of his Parameshti Guru Sri Bhuvanaanandanaatha with most of the members of our Samithi  & our Guruparampara and a few others in the line of Srividya.  Renovation & improvements including flooring, roofing etc., were carried out within a short span of time and Kumbhaabhishekam of the “ Sri Bhuvanaanandanaatha Gurumandala Adhishtaana Aalayam” (Temple) was performed on 28th June 1999.

Our Guruji not only worked hard in supervising the work & other arrangements but also gave a generous personal monetary contribution that made the Renovation & Kumbhaabhishekam of the Temple a grand success. He has also created a Nithya Pooja Trust with 145 persons contributing for maintaining the Temple. He organises Special Pooja & Annadaanam on every Pournami day in addition to the usual Nithya Pooja.
