| Location
Lough Lene Gaels Camogie club is based in Collinstown village in north east Westmeath. The club shares it�s ground and facilities at Collinstown G.A.A. ground with Lough Lene Gaels hurling club. The club catchment area encompasses the villages of Collinstown, Fore and Drumcree. A number of townslands are also included in the catchment area including cummerstown, Glenidan, Kilcumney, Kilpatrick, Barbavilla, Ranaghan, Tuitestown, Derrynagarra and Rickardstown to name but a few. Other townslands include Martinstown and Johnstown. Players from outside the catchment area have in the past, and right up to this day, played for, and given great service to the club. Collinstown is on the R395 road, and about four miles south east of Castlepollard. Drumcree, also on the R395 road is itself two miles south east of Collinstown. The village of Fore is three miles directly north of Collinstown, on the northers side of Lough Lene itself. The village of Collinstown is not far from the Westmeath/Meath border, which is about three miles north east of Collinstown. |
