This was my first attempt at a costume from LOTR. I made it for Emily, (who is seen here modeling it).
I used white silk for the underdress and a very sheer, translucent lace patterned with leaves for the overdress and sleeves.
For the cloak I used a thin silver silk (it was quite heavy actually).
The pattern I used was McCalls 3010 and I did it all per the pattern. The cloak I just made up.
By the way she is wearing a wig!
