| The band was formed in L.A. by Wayne Static and Ken Jay. Wayne and Ken met Tony Campos and Koichi Fukuda while touring L.A.s club circuit. The four soon began writing songs and playing the So Cal club circuit. At first the band was rejected but they slowly began winning over fans with what they call, an organic-electronic mix, 'evil disco.' They were approached by a major label in mid-'98 and three months later began recording songs for their now platinum album Wisconsin Death Trip. |
