Deborah Keenan is the author of eight collections of poetry. Her newest, Willow
Room, Green Door: New and Selected Poems, was published two years ago by
Milkweed Editions, and received the Minnesota Book Award for poetry in 2008.
Keenan is a professor in the Graduate Liberal Studies Program at Hamline
University. She also serves as faculty advisor for many extraordinary students,
teaches at The Loft, and privately, has four children, two grandchildren, and lives
in beautiful, mysterious St. Paul.
Jen March received her MFA in Writing from Hamline University. She was a founding member
of West Egg Literati, and poetry editor of the 2007 issue of rock, paper, scissors. She has served
on the poetry editorial board of Water~Stone Review, and has interned with Lit 6 Project,
Minnesota Center for Book Arts, and Graywolf Press. She was the recipient of a 2006 Latitudes Grant from Mizna: A Forum for Arab American Art, and she has performed her poetry with
Talking Image Connection (TIC). Her work has most recently appeared in Flurry, Mizna Journal,
and What Light: An Anthology from mnartists.org. She currently teaches English at Minneapolis
Community & Technical College.
