Raith stood before the gathered deck officers on the oira. The
senior staff stood at attention- waiting on him to present the next
command. The decision had been made, they would continue the offensive.
"Eredh t`Pranara, step forward."
The Eredh steps forward, quickly chirping off a clean slate of systems.
The Commander nods and reaches out. :I know this transition into the
crew has been sudden and difficult. As I have observed though, you have
done well and integrated into the crew. You have also shown a clean
level of proficiency- for this I am honored to promote you to Erien."
Raith removes Pranara's empty pip and replaces it with a solid steel
bar.
The 'Erien' nods and returns to the line.
"tr`Remi, " the commander nods. "Au have done us well here too. Keep those engines in good repair- we will be in need of them soon." The Eredh nods and is presented with a solid rank bar.
"tr`Elq... " The Eredh pops up and gives a razor sharp salute. "Kuro noted your proficiency in the dispatch of our enemy prosute in the mine feild... Congratulations Erein." Elq nods and returns to the line.
Raith's face doesn't change, though it is noticeable that he is a
little unsure about his next ordainment. "tr`Ragarok, front and center." The happy scientist, who doesn't really seem to understand what is going on, walks up before the Commander. Raith ignores tr`Kuro mouthing 'hamsters' behind him and presents the 'Erien' with his rank pip. "Au did very well in the field soldier- proving your worth in combat. Congratulations Erien."
All the officers return to line, Raith makes a few taps on his ISD,
and then continues. "As au may have noticed, tr`Ghire does not stand
amongst us. He has returned to his ship, and with his small wing, will
meet us in the ch`Brali system. Upon reaching the system we will
commence raiding actions on the military facilities on the planet there. As we are unfortunately low on troops, the senior staff is to be deployed into the field." Raith nods at Nerik and Kuro. "Au two are in charge of the first and second platoons respectively. I will be staying with skeleton crew on the ship, and providing au with air support." The CO pauses to issue the Centurions ISDs with their orders and platoon make up. "Ghire's Warbirds will be dealing with any capitol ships and planet defenses that we encounter... If there are no questions?"

"Aye then. Au have your orders." Raith steps to his throne and sits
down. Riam goes to helm ((as it has been vacated by a dead officer)) and sets in the coarse. The commander straitens his jacket and issues the command to depart.
