[Wild Strike]
The Captain had been dreading this day for a long time now. Considering
how long it had been since the last time, and how traumatic that time
itself had been, she thought it wouldn't be so hard to go through with.
Alas, it was not.
Enarrain Aemhig t`Shibae hated going to the doctor.
It was only a small check up, not even one that warranted probing or even
scanning. In fact, the procedure was only to transfer her medical
files, which were classified, onto the chief medical officer's personal computer.
She spent the past few weeks avoiding going down to see D`Terik-- coming
up with excuse ranging from needing to spell check her files and
wanting to get some sleep, to having a headache and having more important
things to do. Not that it mattered to the officer who would be doing the
actual transfer, he didn't even know he was going to be required to do it.
Biting her lip in frustration, Aemhig stood before the last boundary
before she entered medical. This was as far as she had traveled for so
long. Reaching out, she taps the door controls and hesitantly steps into
the opening.
"What THE BLOODY Areinnye is going on here?!" The captain stares with a
very perplexed look. Apparently, the medlab has become a bog...
