[Galae'Tho Ohrie, ch'Coriel]
Dais'erie'Riov Conn'Hae i'Caernu tr'Rok stared at the Riov in front of him, unable to believe
what he was being told. He felt anger flash through his mind but calmed it, realising that to
shout at this higher ranking Saehne would make him little better than the disrespectful
Ifvelhr'Saehne, tr'Randuiel.
"Rekkhai, are au sure the Ael'Riov is so badly incapacitated?" was all he could bring himself
to ask.
Riov Linnus S'Illialhlae sat behind his desk. He felt little compassion for this Wing Leih. He
had read the report of the battle with the t'Rakla and believed, as many others did, that the
stolen Warbird could have been destroyed before the Lloann'na got close enough to
interfere. If he had it his own way he would have had this Vang'Radam (Traitor) executed
with as much feeling as he had given to the execution of the Door Guard the previous night.
Unfortunately, he had received orders from higher up on the matter, orders which he held in
his hand as he spoke. He threw the ISD down on the desk in front of him.
"Take it!" he snapped, "It concerns au, and ninte actions. Reh hope the Galae'Leih treats au
with the compassion and Mnhei'Sahe au deserve."
The contempt and outright hatred in his voice made the seemingly polite comment drip with
venom. Conn'Hae took up the ISD, seeing the Galae'Leih's emblem at the top. Skimming
down he read through the message before placing it back on the desk.
"If that is all, Rekkhai?" he said, his temper controlled, but this added slur not forgotten.
Linnus merely nodded his acknowledgement.
Conn'Hae threw up a crisp salute and turned on his heel without another word, marching
swiftly out of the office he muttered, "For the Declared," just loud enough for the Riov to hear
before the doors closed. Ullhan tr'Rondra moved into step behind the Leih, wisely keeping
silent as they headed back towards the Base Transporter Room.
[Oira, SRR Aylhr]
The Leih had removed the Dress part of his uniform in his quarters before returning to the
Oira. EnArrain t'Vrin stepped to one side as he took his Command Throne and sank into it
physically deflated by his meeting with Riov S'Illialhlae.
He looked around the room, splitting the crew into two camps, those that believed him a
coward, lacking Mnhei'Sahe such as Arrain tr'Randuiel and those he believed he could trust,
tr'Rok and t'Lhoell. He was unsure of t'Vrin's stance, the tight lipped Rhaetelh'Saehne had
said little about the entire incident, even as it was going on.
"Gonaiih'Saehne, set a course for ch'Rihan, Transwarp 2." as he spoke the words he felt that
all the crew stopped what they were doing and concentrated entirely on his last words. Some
actually turned to stare at the Leih, they turned their heads quickly as he returned the looks
with a glare.
"Ie Rekkhai." he heard Llyriah t'Lhoell say as the Aylhr swung out of it's orbit and began to
accelerate away from the planet.
Being summoned to face Khre'Riov tr'Paya at the Senate did not bode well for Conn'Hae at
all. As the ship left Coriel he wished that he had destroyed the t'Rakla more quickly and never
had the transponder hidden onboard. He steepled his fingers, tapping his nose with them
and staring at the viewscreen sullenly. t'Vrin took over the handling of orders, leaving the
Leih to his own thoughts.
