On June 27, 2000 16 year-old, Molly Anne Bish disappeared from her lifeguard post at Comins Pond in Warren, MA.  A massive search and investigation has been ongoing since Molly's disappearance.  Sadly on June 9, 2003, the search for Molly came to an end.  However, Molly's family and friends continue to have faith that law enforcement officials will capture the person(s) who brought Molly to her peril.
Since her disappearance, Molly's parents, John and Magdalen Bish have become advocates for child-safety issues in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  Out of concern for the safety of all children, John and Magi established "The Molly Bish Foundation" named for their daughter.  The purpose of the foundation is to provide education and increase public awareness of child-safety issues such as child abductions through various programs.  One such program is a child ID program that includes finger printing, videotaped interviews, and photographs of the children to be provided to parents in a special child ID kit. The foundation would also assist in child abduction cases by providing posters, flyers, buttons, Internet information and links.
