Dear Parent,

Congratulations! Your Lincoln High School senior is about to graduate!

It is a tradition at Lincoln High School that PTSA plans an all-night party after graduation, a party where all of our graduates can enjoy a safe, sober, smoke-free, and fun time together before moving on to a new phase of their lives. This year we want to give the Class of 2002 a party they will remember for years to come.

The PTSA/Grad Night committee has made arrangements for a party at Camelot Park, a new family entertainment center in Livermore, on graduation night, Wednesday, June 11. Graduates will have exclusive, unlimited use of all park facilities, including mini race cars, miniature golf, bumper boats, laser tag, and over 200 arcade games. We will also provide food and a commemorative gift. Transportation to and from the park is included. We are sure it will be one of the most exciting Grad Nights Lincoln has seen!

How can you help?

• First, be sure your senior buys his/her ticket for Grad Night as soon as possible. To make such an event cost effective for the park, we must guarantee a minimum number of attendees. Parent volunteers will be selling tickets at lunch time on Thursdays in March and Tuesdays and Thursdays in April and May. Students may also purchase tickets at the student bank. Tickets are $__ each until _____; $__ each after that. Please call ____ ______ at ___-____ if you can help sell tickets.

• Second, volunteer your time to help with ticket sales and/or fundraising (to keep the cost of tickets affordable).

• Third, consider making a donation yourself to the PTSA/ Grad Night committee, or ask your employer to make a donation of cash or door prize items.

• Lastly, donate your time or valuable reusables to the Grad Night committee for our Spring Flea Market. Or, do some serious spring cleaning and buy your own booth.
