Dear Lincoln Supporter,

The Lincoln High School Class of 2002 will celebrate their graduation at an all night party on June 12th , 2002 at Camelot Park in Livermore. The PTSA/Grad Night Committee is planning this event, which will be safe, drug-free, alcohol-free, and smoke-free.

We want to keep the cost of this event affordable for all our seniors, so we are asking our community for donations of appropriate food, beverage, and food service items to keep expenses down.

In addition, major costs such as charter buses, park rental, and entertainment are fixed, and higher ticket sales better offset these expenses, so donations of merchandise and gift certificates for high school seniors, to promote ticket sales, are also very useful.

Please send donations of merchandise or gift certificates to PTSA/Grad Night Committee at Lincoln High School, 555 Dana Ave, San Jose CA 95126, or call any of us to arrange pick-up. Volunteers will pick up prepared food in the evening on June 12th.
