Any person breaking rules at the attractions will be warned twice and then restricted from using the specific attraction on the third offense. This decision will be brought to the attention of the Director of Marketing and passed to a specified chaperone. Any student or guest with a problem concerning this policy will be asked to leave the property immediately. No Exceptions. Camelot Park is a smoke free and alcohol free grad night facility. Breaking of these rules will result in immediate removal from the property. Camelot Park is willing to provide a safe and fun environment and will not tolerate any breaking of rules intended for this purpose.

Camelot Park will require a minimum of 200 students. The cost per student is $60.00. This is the minimum that must be paid for Camelot Park Pleasanton Valley or its affiliates to honor the 2002 Lincoln High School P.T.S.A Grad Night Committee. All money due must be paid on the due date. The event may be paid for by cashier's check or money order. All checks are PAYABLE TO: CAMELOT PARK and turned into the Director of Marketing only. The deposit is non-refundable if for any reason the event is canceled by Lincoln High School P.T.S.A Grad Night Committee. Should Lincoln High School P.T.S.A Grad Night Committee cancel the event after the booking date and before the deposit date a $1,000.00 fee will be paid to Camelot Park Family Entertainment Center.

Food will be provided by Lincoln High School P.T.S.A Grad Night Committee. The McDonald's seating area may be used, but the use of their counter space is forbidden.

It will be the responsibility of Lincoln High School P.T.S.A Grad Night Committee to organize any other attractions wanted or deemed necessary for the event. All other attractions or arrangements must be approved in writing by the Director of Marketing at Camelot Park by May 15, 2002.

Lincoln High School P.T.S.A Grad Night Committee chaperones may gain access to Camelot Park beginning at 10:30pm on June 12, 2002 to begin setting up. Students will not be allowed in until 11:30 pm. Camelot Park will require one meeting before the event with the chaperones. This meeting is to be accomplished during the month of May 2002. (Place of this meeting to be determined by Lincoln High School P.T.S.A. Grad Night Committee)

Lincoln high School P.T.S.A Grad Night Committee agrees that Camelot Park shall have the right to seek injunctive relief, including specific performance of this agreement, and shall be entitled to receive, from Lincoln High School P.T.S.A Grad Night Committee, reasonable attorney fees in the event of any breach of the agreement by Lincoln High School P.T.S.A Grad Night Committee. Camelot Park will not be responsible for any oral agreements or special arrangements contrary to, or in addition to the conditions stated in this agreement.

THE INDIVIDUAL SIGNING REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT HE/SHE HAS OBTAINED ALL NECESSARY
AUTHORIZATIONS TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE PARTICIPANT AND HAS AUTHORITY
TO BIND PARTICIPANT TO THE CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN.
