Lincoln High School P.T.S.A Grad Night Committee Grad Night Agreement

Camelot Park Family Entertainment Center Pleasanton Valley, Ltd. Partnership, herein referred to as Camelot Park, will grant the exclusive use of their facility on June 12, 2002 for a grad night for Lincoln High School P.T.S.A Grad Night Committee under the following conditions:

                                                                            Deposit Due:         May 1, 2002
                                                                                                         $5,000
                                                                            Balance Due:         May 30,2002
                                                                            Check-in List Due: May 30, 2002

The event will be scheduled for a 6 1/2 hour period beginning at 11:30 pm on June 13, 2002 and ending at 6:00 am on June 13, 2002. The event is a total lock-in event with no one allowed to leave the premises without the consent of a chaperone and the Director of Marketing for Camelot Park The Director of Marketing or a Marketing Assistant will be present for the event.

Camelot Park will require a check-in list from the school prior to the event. The check-in list must be typed and include the guest's: Full Name/ Address (street, city, zip code)/ Phone Number/ Age/ Birth Date

Any person entering Camelot Park during your scheduled event must be on the list or they will not be granted permission to enter the facility. This includes chaperones and function personnel. No changes to the check-in list will be granted unless written notification is given to the Director of Marketing one week prior to the scheduled event The list and its contents become the property of Camelot ParkFamily EntertainmentCenters, Pleasanton Valley Ltd. Partnership and its affiliates.

Students must have a ticket in order to gain entrance to the facility. This ticket will be provided by Camelot Park in the form of a wristband. This is a non-negotiable part of the agreement and will be followed strictly. The wristband needs to be fastened to the students wrist at the time of check in. Camelot Park is willing to provide a safe lock-in and your cooperation during our cheek-in procedure will be enforced. Anyone having a problem with the cheek-in procedure will be asked to leave the property immediately. No exceptions.

Camelot Parkwill require three chaperones per 100 students. The chaperones must remain on property during the entire event. Camelot Park will incur the cost of the required chaperones. All chaperones will be assigned an area of responsibility by the Director of Marketing and the head representative of Lincoln High School P.T.S.A Grad Night Committee. A chaperone must remain in the assigned areas during the entire time of the event. Chaperones are allowed to use the attractions as long as their area of responsibility is under control. Chaperones may rotate between areas.

The following is a summary of what will be included in the grad night package:

All Camelot Park Policies Will Remain In Effect Concerning All Attractions. Any person/student breaking these policies will be requested to leave the property without a refund. Lincoln High School P.T.SA Grad Night Committee will take full responsibility for any damage to Camelot Park Pleasanton Valley that is a direct result from one of their students/guests. Arrangement for damages will be made following the occurrence.
