Boomers will require a minimum of 200 students. The cost per student is $65.00. This is the minimum that must be paid for Boomers Livermore or its affiliates to honor the 2003 Lincoln High School Grad Night CommIttee. All money due must he paid on the due date. The event may be paid for by cashier's check or money order. All checks are PAYABLE TO: BOOMERS and turned into the Group Sales Director only. The deposit is non-refundable if for any reason Lincoln High School Grad Night Committee cancels the event. Should Lincoln High School Grad Night Committee cancel the event after the booking date and before the deposit date a $1,000.00 fee will be paid to Boomers Family Entertainment Center.
Lincoln High School Grad Night Committee will provide food. The McDonald's seating area may be used, but the use of their counter space is forbidden.
It will be the responsibility of Lincoln High School Grad Night Committee to organize any other attractions wanted or deemed necessary for the event. The Group Sales Director at Boomers must approve all other attractions or arrangements in writing by May 15, 2003.
Lincoln High School Grad Night Committee chaperones may gain access to Boomers beginning at 10:30pm on June 16, 2003 to begin setting up. Students will not be allowed in until 11:30pm. Boomers will require one meeting before the event with the chaperones. This meeting is to be accomplished during the month of May 2003. (Place of this meeting to be determined by Lincoln High School Grad Night Committee)
Lincoln High School Grad Night Committee agrees that Boomers shall have the right to seek injunctive relief, including specific performance of this agreement, and shall be entitled to receive, from Lincoln High School Grad Night Committee, reasonable attorney fees in the event of any breach of the agreement by Lincoln High School Grad Night Committee. Boomers will not be responsible for any oral agreements or special arrangements contrary to, or in addItion to the conditions stated in this agreement.
