Boomers' Family Entertainment Center Pleasanton Valley, Ltd. Partnership, herein referred to as Boomers, will grant the exclusive use of their facility on June 16,2003 for a grad night for Lincoln High School Grad Night Committee under the following conditions:

Booking Date: October 7,2003
Deposit Due: May 1, 2003
                    $5,000
Balance Due: May 30, 2003
Check-In List Due: May 30,2003

The event will be scheduled for a 6 1/2 hour period beginning at 11:30 pm on June 16,2003 and ending at 6:00am on June 17,  2003. The event Is a total lock-in event with no one allowed to leave the premises without the consent of a chaperone and the Group Sales Director for Boomers. The Group Sales Director or and Manager will be present for the event.

Boomers will require a check-in list from the school prior to the event. The check-in list must be typed and include the guest's:


Any person entering Boomers during your scheduled event must been the list or they will not be granted permission to enter the facility. This includes chaperones and function personnel No changes to the check-in list will be granted unless written notification is given to the Group Sales Director one week prior to the scheduled event. The list and its contents become the property of Boomers Family Entertainment Centers, Pleasanton Valley Ltd. Partnership and its affiliates.

Students must have a ticket in order to gain entrance to the facility. Boomers in the form of a wristband will provide this ticket. This is a non-negotiable part of the agreement and will be followed strictly. The wristband needs to be fastened to the student's wrist at the time of check in. Boomers is willing to provide a safe lock-in and your cooperation during our check-in procedure will be enforced. Anyone having a problem with the check-in procedure will be asked to leave the property Immediately. No exceptions.

Boomers will require three chaperones per 100 students. Theca chaperones must remain on property during theca entire event. Boomers will incur the cost of the required chaperones. All chaperones will be assigned an area of responsibility by the Group Sales Director and the head representative of Lincoln High School Grad Night Committee. A chaperone must remain in the assigned areas during the entire time of the event. Chaperones are allowed to use the attractions as long as their area of responsibility is under controL Chaperones may rotate between areas.

The following is a summary of what will be included in the grad night package:

All Boomer Park Policies Will Remain In Effect Concerning All Attractions. Any person/student breaking these policies will be requested to leave the property without a refund. Lincoln High School Grad Night Committee will take full responsibility for any damage to Boomers Livermore that is a direct result from one of their students/guests. Arrangement for damages will be made following the occurrence.
